Privacy notice

Version 2026-10-16. How Fanwise Marketing Ltd collects and uses personal information.

Who we are

Fanwise Marketing Ltd (“Fanwise”, “we”) is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at the contact details on our Contact page.

What we collect

  • Application details: name, email, country, time zone, confirmation that you are 18 or over, public social-media profiles, approximate follower range, monetisation and management status, an optional earnings range, challenges, services of interest, goals, timeframe, preferred contact method and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • Contact number: your WhatsApp number (or, if you prefer, your Instagram handle), used only to contact you about your application.
  • How you found us: campaign information such as UTM parameters, a Meta click identifier, the landing page and referring website, stored with your application.
  • Site usage: anonymous, cookieless counts of page views and application starts. We do not store your IP address; a short-lived, salted and truncated hash is used only to prevent abuse and is deleted within two days.

We never ask for passwords, login codes or account-recovery details. We don’t accept applications from anyone under 18 — if you tell us you’re under 18, the form stops and your answers are not sent to us.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email provider (transactional emails) and Meta (advertising measurement, subject to the cookie choices above — we never send your name, email, handles or answers to Meta). Our team may receive brief internal alerts (for example via email or a private Discord channel) containing your name and a reference number only. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Applications that don’t lead to working together are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we keep relevant records for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations. Abuse-prevention data is deleted within two days; anonymous usage counts within 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (including through “Cookie settings” in our footer). Contact us at the contact details on our Contact page. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data-protection authority.

We’ll update the version date above when this notice changes. Each application records the version that applied when it was submitted.
